Attempted murder suspect found not guilty
PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- A Pittsfield man was found not guilty Wednesday of attempted murder.
Jeremiah Davis, 30, was charged in connection with a June 2010 incident on Memorial Drive that left a 33-year-old man and a 50-year-old woman injured. Davis was also acquitted on two counts of assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon.
The jury deliberated for about an hour before returning the verdicts.
