BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. -- Jimmy Buffet fans, young and old, are making their way to the Saratoga County Fairgrounds for the annual Parrot Head Festival. The festival officially kicks off Saturday in honor of everyone's favorite island-inspired singer, Jimmy Buffet.

There will be Jimmy Buffet tribute bands, a look-alike contest, great food, drinks and more. The festivities will run until 9:30 p.m. and tickets will be available at the gate.
