KINGSTON, N.Y. -- One man is dead and two others injured after a motorcycle crash in Kingston.

The Ulster County District Attorney says two motorcycles were racing down First Avenue before they crashed. One man later died from his injuries and his female passenger had burns covering more than 30 percent of her body.

According to officers, the other motorcyclist is refusing to cooperate with them. He and the female passenger were transferred to Westchester Medical and are listed in serious condition.
