VALATIE, N.Y. -- A Hudson man is dead after a motorcycle crash in the Village of Valatie. It happened around 9:15 p.m. Sunday on Route 203.

State Police said John Wrigley, 54, was heading west on Route 203 when he lost control going around a curve and crashed into a pole.

Wrigley was taken to Albany Medical where he was pronounced dead.
