LIBERTY, N.Y. -- A Woodridge man is arrested after police said he had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl in the village of Liberty. Police said Paul Cox, 27, was arrested Saturday after fighting with police.

He is charged with rape, endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated harassment and resisting arrest. Cox was arraigned and taken to Sullivan County Jail on $5,000 bail.
