SCHUYLERVILLE, N.Y. -- An arrest is made in a shooting death in Schuylerville.

28 year old Matthew Furlani was shot and killed around 10:30 on Sunday morning on Church Street.

Police arrested 28 year old Joey Paul, Furlani's girlfriend, and charged her with second degree murder. Investigators say they recovered a rifle at the scene.

Paul is now being held in the Saratoga County Jail without bail.
