TROY, N.Y. -- The Troy ballot fraud case heads back to court.
Michael LoPorto's former attorney tells YNN that jury selection is getting underway in the former Troy councilman's retrial.
LoPorto and Rensselaer County Democratic Elections Commissioner Ed McDonough were accused of forging ballots in the 2009 Working Families Party primary.
But after hearing six weeks of testimony, jurors couldn't come to a decision and the judge declared a mistrial.
