ALBANY COUNTY, N.Y. -- Albany County Sheriff's Deputies Tasered a man who was denied boarding to his flight at Albany International. Airport official wouldn't let John Vu, 21, of Wynantskill on his plane Tuesday night because they say he had been drinking and seemed agitated.
Deputies were then interviewing him about a bag he had left unattended when he became loud and made physical contact with deputies. Officers tried to handcuff Vu when he resisted and tried to run. They used a Taser, but deputies say he continued to resist, injuring a deputy.
Vu is charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, and assault. He's being held at the Albany County Jail.
