POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- There was an incident involving a balloon on Saturday morning. Dutchess County Chamber of Commerce said a balloon touched an electrical wire near the Poughkeepsie Train Station around 7:00 a.m. Officials said the pilot knew how to handle the situation and there were no problems or injuries.
