HUDSON, N.Y. -- Police have released a photo of the culprit in a series of flag thefts from the graves of soldiers at the Cedar Park Cemetery in Hudson and who it is may surprise you.

Over the weekend, we told you cemetery officials had set up a camera to catch the thief, after the flags went missing a second time.

As you can see by the photo, it looks like they caught the thief in the act: This woodchuck right here in the middle of the screen.

After they viewed the surveillance video, cemetery officials found the remains of the 75 missing flags in woodchuck holes around the cemetery.
