WATERFORD, N.Y. -- Waterford Police arrested a court employee on drunk driving charges. Police said they arrested Timothy Scott Keeler, 33, around 3:40 a.m. on Saturday. He crashed his car on Hudson River Road, across from Momentive, and than ran from the scene.
Witnesses told police that Keeler ran into the woods, so the Saratoga County Sheriff's K9 division was called in. Keeler was eventually found, and taken to Albany Medical Center for treatment. Police said Keeler is a court officer in the Unified Courts Third Judicial District, and he also refused to submit to a chemical test and a blood test for alcohol.
