LoPorto found not guilty on all counts in re-trial

TROY, N.Y. -- Jurors reach a verdict in the Michael LoPorto trial.

The jury has found LoPorto not guilty on all counts. He was facing 22 counts of possessing a forged instrument.

The former Troy City Councilman was accused of forging ballots in a 2009 primary. This was his second trial. The first resulted in a mistrial.
