Woman arrested on burglary charges
ALBANY, N.Y. -- An Albany woman has been arrested after police say she burglarized at least four homes in the city over the past month.
Police say Karen Saylor, 40, broke into two Irving Street homes back in June and a home on Madison Avenue and Jay Street this month. Police say she allegedly stole money, electronics and jewelry.
During a search warrant of her apartment, detectives say they found a piece of stolen jewelry and a cordless drill.
Saylor faces multiple burglary, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property charges, as well as a grand larceny charge. She remains in custody at the Albany County Jail.
