Keeping with its Victorian roots, Saratoga Springs will host its annual "Hats Off to Saratoga Festival" this weekend.

Jazz, Bluegrass, Cajun and other artists will be performing throughout the city starting Friday night.

The festival wraps up with the most elaborate and outrageous hats crowned champion on Sunday.
