SARATOGA RACE COURSE -- Brothers Rick and Anthony Dutrow trained the winners of the first two stakes of the 2012 Saratoga season.

Rick Dutrow, the trainer of 2008 Kentucky Derby and Preakness winner Big Brown, has been under increased scrutiny because he faces the prospect of losing his license to train in New York. The state appeals court is upholding his 10 year suspension from horse racing.

Coming off a win at Opening Day Friday morning with Pacific Ocean, Dutrow says he's not going to let his current legal difficulties bother him.

"I haven't done anything wrong. Why would I do something wrong when I'm in my spot? I had six horses running in the Breeder's Cup that year when they said I had needles in my barn. Why would I do something like that?" Rick Dutrow said.

Dutrow is able to train and run his horses in the Spa this summer because there is still a higher court he can appeal to.
