Man hospitalized after shooting in Schenectady
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. -- A man is hospitalized after an early morning shooting in Schenectady. Officers were called to Joe's Bar on Fifth Avenue around 3:15 a.m. on Saturday. When they got there, they found a 23-year-old man with a gun shot wound to his mid-section. He was flown to Albany Medical Center.
If you have any information on the shooting, you are asked to call police. This comes just one day after police arrested Rodney Davis, 22, for shooting and killing Rashad Robinson outside the same bar last year. Davis was captured in Maryland and is awaiting extradition back to New York where he'll face a second degree murder charge.
