BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. -- Congressmen Paul Tonko and Bill Owens are expected to tour the Saratoga County Fair on Saturday. The two will be meeting with local small business owners and their families at the fairgrounds.

The Saratoga County Fair is in its 171st year, and is one of the biggest draws for the county. The fair wraps up today.
