BETHLEHEM, N.Y. -- The Bethlehem Police Department said they've tentatively identified the body found in Selkirk this past weekend.

Police said they're not releasing the name, until they confirm the identification through either DNA, dental records, or fingerprints. After that happens, they would have to notify the family.

The body was found Sunday in a wooded area about 30 yards off of Route 9W, south of Route 396. Police said the man was between 40 and 60 years old, and appeared to have been in the area for a long time.
