SARATOGA, N.Y. -- After tripping and falling during a show at SPAC, a 22-year-old Tupper Lake man is released from Albany Medical Center.

That's according to state park police who also said the man appeared to be intoxicated before slipping down the embankment that runs along SPAC's Route 50 parking lot.

Park police and the Saratoga Springs fire department rescued the man. They said he may have fallen trying to gain illegal entry to Tuesday night's Nickelback show.
