DUANESBURG, N.Y. -- Route 7 in Duanesburg is closed following a car accident Friday morning.

According to the state Department of Transportation, Route 7 is closed from Van Patten Road to the exit 24 entrance to I-88 until 7:00 Friday night.

We don't know the severity of the accident or if there were any injuries at this time.
The D-O-T is urging drivers to find an alternate route.
