Local Law F proves to be controversial
A controversial new bill is awaiting the Albany County Executive's signature. Known as Local Law F, the law would create a county wide database for pawned items, secondhand goods, and precious metals for sale. Supporters said the law could ultimately catch more criminals, but business owners said the proposal would come at a cost that it just too high. Here to talk more about this local law is the President of the Albany County Dealers Association, Jason Pierce.
