Police arrest alleged shooting victim
GLENS FALL, N.Y. -- Police arrested two people they said have ties to a shooting back in June in South Glens Falls.
Police said they arrested the alleged shooting victim Richmond Principe, 19, of Fort Edward. Principe was charged with falsely reporting an incident and grand larceny.
Police said Terrence Naylor, 20, was also arrested and charged with assault. Both Naylor and Principe are being held at Saratoga County Jail.
