CAPITAL REGION -- It's on to the state finals in Syracuse for samples of Guilderland and Niskayuna drinking water.

The two towns tied in a drinking water competition that took place at Thursday's Alive at Five in Albany. Concert-goers were asked to take blind taste tests of five samples of regional water and vote on their favorite.

Both towns will send a sample of their tasty H20 to the New York State Fair in Syracuse. The final decision will be announced on August 30th.
