Naked man arrested for vandalizing a car

NEWBURGH, N.Y. -- A naked man has been arrested for vandalizing a vehicle in Newburgh.
City police said a driver was on Washington Street when he saw a naked man backing towards his car. After honking, Jamar Walker, 24, started pounding his fists on the hood hard enough to dent it.
When police arrived, they said Walker refused to lie on the ground. He was tasered and arrested for felony criminal mischief and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor.
Officers said his behavior was consistent with the use of PCP.
