MONTICELLO, N.Y. -- Police arrested a Monticello man who they say had crack cocaine on him. Police say around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, they saw Cosmo Mitchetti, 47, acting suspiciously outside the Heritage Inn on Broadway.

When they approached Mitchetti and asked him questions, police say they found him with 1.6 grams of crack cocaine on him. He was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. Mitchetti is being held at Sullivan County Jail without bail.
