HUDSON VALLEY, N.Y. -- Several people were arrested across the region for selling alcohol to underage individuals.

State Police in Highland say of 11 checked in an undercover sting, six of them sold alcoholic beverages to a customer under the age of 21.

Those arrested were:

• Zachary Carillo, 18, Wallkill


• Surash Patel, 32, Loch Sheldrake


• Kelly Parsons, 23, New Paltz


• Vishale Patel, 26, New Paltz


• Muhammed Yousaf, 54, Milton


• Madhukar Patel, 22, New Paltz

All were issued court appearance tickets for charges of unlawfully dealing with a child and selling alcohol to a minor.
