Two arrested for stealing from YMCA lockers
KINGSTON, N.Y. -- Kingston Police have arrested two people they say stole from several lockers at the YMCA located on Broadway and Pine Grove Street.
Police say they received a complaint of stolen items on Thursday and detectives immediately began an investigation.
Timothy Evans, 20, and Jermin Knox, 18, were both identified as suspects in the incident.
Evans was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned and sent to Ulster County Jail pending bail.
Knox was arrested and charged with grand larceny, forgery and criminal possession of stolen property. He was released at arraignment.
