STILLWATER, N.Y. -- Stillwater Police arrest a man they said ran away after being pulled over, along with the woman that hid him from police. Francis Lee, 28, of Northville, is facing one felony charge of escape.

He was originally pulled over for having a suspended license and registration. Police tracked Lee to a house on Hemstreet Park in Rensselaer County. That residence belonged to Christina McLaughlin, 33, of Mechanicville. Police said she hid Lee, knowing that police were looking for him. She faces one felony charge of hindering prosecution.

Lee and McLaughlin were arraigned in Stillwater Town Court and are being held in Saratoga County Jail on bail. Lee is also wanted on several felony charges in Cohoes.
