North Adams man arraigned
BERKSHIRE COUNTY, Mass. -- The North Adams man accused of helping to dispose three bodies in Pittsfield last August was arraigned in a Berkshire County Court.
Last October, David Chalue, 45, pleaded not guilty to charges that he helped dispose of the bodies of David Glasser, Edward Frampton and Robert Chadwell. Those three men were reported missing last year before their remains were found buried.
Casey was charged with accessory after the fact of murder, accessory after the fact of kidnapping and accessory after the fact of intimidation of a witness.
On Thursday, he pleaded not guilty to three counts of murder, three counts of kidnapping and three counts of intimidation of a witness. A judge ordered Chalue be held without the right to bail.
Adam Lee Hall, 36, and Caius Veiovis, 32, were also charged with kidnapping, murder and intimidation of a witness. They were also arraigned last week and pleaded not guilty to those charges.
