GLENVILLE, N.Y. -- Alplaus Ave. in Glenville is back open after being closed for several hours Sunday.
Police were centered on 248 Alplause Ave. after getting a call about a man with a gun. Police say Zachery Breglia Sr., 27, got in a fight with his girlfriend at that house. Someone else stepped in and that's when police say Breglia pulled a gun. But when police got there, he was gone.
As police were interviewing people, they spotted Breglia running through nearby yards. Police then took the two adults and a two-year-old living there out of the house.
Schenectady PD's special operations squad was called and they found nothing inside the house.
Breglia was later stopped by troopers on Saratoga Road. He was arrested and charged with menacing and endangering the welfare of a child.
