SULLIVAN COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Monticello man is in Sullivan County Jail, facing felony charges after a shooting on Summit Street in July that left one man injured.
Briar Patterson, 20, was arrested on Friday. He's been charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal use of a firearm, attempted assault and reckless endangerment.
