GLOVERSVILLE, N.Y. -- Gloversville police arrested a man who they say burglarized a Salvation Army in November. Police say the Salvation Army on Spring Street was broken into, and detectives found blood from the scene, which went to the New York State Police Crime Lab for analysis.
Police say the DNA matched Mitchell Swart, 27. He was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal mischief, and petty larceny.
