ALBANY, N.Y. – A grand jury has indicted a 20-year-old Albany man who is accused of sexually assaulting a child.

Walter Cleveland has been charged with four counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, four counts of criminal sexual act, two counts of attempted criminal sexual act and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to the indictment, Cleveland forced himself on a child less than 11-years-old near Lincoln Park on August 14th. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday.
