ALBANY, N.Y. -- A 20-year-old accused of sexually abusing a child was arraigned in Albany County Court. The district attorney says Walter Cleveland was indicted by a grand jury on sexual assault charges.

According to the indictment, Cleveland forced himself on a child younger than 11-years-old near Lincoln Park on August 14th. Two people in the area saw the incident and called police.
