COLONIE, N.Y. -- A motorcyclist who was hit by an Albany Park and Fly bus on Old Wolf Road has died from his injuries.

Colonie police said around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, the bus turned left onto Old Wolf Road from Albany Shaker in front of a motorcycle operated by Patrick Arpei, 22, of Albany. The motorcycle hit the bus, and Arpei was taken to Albany Medical Center where he died.

No charges have been filed against the driver of the bus at this time.
