ALBANY, N.Y. -- Fresh off their first ever National Championship, the Saint Rose women's soccer team hosted Media Day on Wednesday.

The Golden Knights graduated a great senior class, but bring in a very talented freshman class as well. The defending champs will have a big target on their backs this year as they look to defend that title.

They're picked preseason #1 in the country in Division II and of course #1 in the NE-10, which means the road back to the national title game won't be easy.

The Golden Knights open up the season on the road at NYIT on August 30th.
