HUDSON VALLEY, N.Y. -- A Woodstock man has been arrested after police say he had sexual contact with a 12-year-old.

Police say it happened over an 18 month period in the Village of Pomona within the Town of Haverstraw.

After an investigation, William Bolanos, 20, was arrested and charged with course of sexual conduct against a child and predatory sexual assault. He was arraigned and taken to Rockland County Jail without bail.
