Todd Young, 39, is also wanted for violating his parole on an original charge of rape.

U.S. Marshals said Young has ties to Albany, Voorheesville, Saugerties, Highland and Kingston.

He is described as 6' tall, 150 lbs., with blue eyes and brown hair. He has piercings in his left eyebrow and also has several tattoos including a bar code on the back of his neck, a skeleton on his left bicep, skulls on his right and left calves, and a tribal sun on his right inner forearm.
