TROY, N.Y. -- Troy Police arrest a man on Saturday that they say was driving drunk, with four children, all under the age of 15, in the car with him. Police said James Bell, 46, was driving down Oakwood Avenue when they noticed him cross the double yellow line.

They stopped him in the Stewarts parking lot on 10th Street, where he was arrested for DWI. Police also learned Bell has prior DWI conviction from May. Bell now faces several charges including felony DWI, Leandra's Law, and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
