KNOX, N.Y. -- A Schenectady woman is facing felony DWI charges under Leandra's Law for driving drunk with her three young children in the car.

The Albany County Sheriff’s Office said on Sunday evening, a deputy sheriff observed Christine Stanley, 31, crossing the double yellow line on Altamont Road in the Town of Knox. After pulling her over, the deputy determined she was driving drunk with a one-year-old, a five-year-old and a 10-year-old in the car.

Stanley is now facing a felony DWI charge and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

The three children were turned over to a family member.
