MASSACHUSETTES -- Congressman Richard Neal is the winner in the Massachusetts Democratic primary for the state's newly drawn 1st District.
Neal, who now represents the 2nd District in Congress defeated Andrea Nuciforo and Bill Shein last night.
With no Republican in the race, Neal is a virtual lock to win a 13th term in the House of Representatives. He's looking to replace John Olver, who's retiring at the end of this term in December.
