CROWN POINT, N.Y. -- State Police said they have found human remains in the area where a man went missing last month. Police said the remains were found one mile from where 45-year-old Keith Gill's blue BMW was located on Peasley Road in Crown Point.

They also said some of Gill's belongings were found at the scene. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday to determine a cause of death, and to positively identify the body. Gill went missing back in August, and was last seen at a cottage on Loon Lake in Chestertown.
