TROY, N.Y. -- Arson investigators are looking into what caused a fire in Troy that sent a firefighter to the hospital. The fire happened just before 6 p.m. Sunday on 9th Avenue in Lansingburgh.

When fire crews arrived, the upstairs of the building was on fire with flames coming through the roof. One firefighter fell off a ladder in the rear of the house.

The family was not home at the time of the fire. The fire chief says the home isn't a total loss, and should be able to be renovated.
