Downtown parking restrictions
ALBANY, N.Y. -- Anyone who will be traveling in the downtown area on Saturday, please note that there will be several road closures due to Lark Fest.
The following roads will be closed until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday:
Lark Street between Washington Avenue and Madison Avenue Hudson Avenue, Washington Avenue, and Madison Avenue will all be closed between Willett and Lark StreetsThere are also several restrictions around the Lark Street area that will only be open to residential traffic
