ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany police arrested five more people over the weekend for serving alcohol to minors.

Brandon King, 21, and Andrew Schede, 22, were arrested Friday night during a house party on Hamilton Street. Police said patrol officers found at least two people at the party, under 21, who were served alcohol. King and Schede were charged with first-degree unlawfully dealing with a minor.

On Saturday night, Thomas Landy, 47, was arrested for unlawfully dealing with a minor after detectives saw him buy beer for a minor at the Pine Hills Market.

Also on Saturday night, police arrested Matthew Morse, 21, and Giancarlo Montegro, 20, during a house party on Madison Avenue. Officers responded to the home after receiving a call for a large house party where there were about 150 people in attendance. Morse and Montegro were charged with four counts of unlawfully dealing with a minor. They were also ticketed for violating the noise ordinance.

Police said since Aug. 20, they have made 22 arrests for underage drinking in Pine Hills.
