ALBANY, N.Y. -- The man accused in a hit and run that took the life of a 29-year-old man on Albany's Quail Street has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and leaving the scene of an incident without reporting.
Prosecutors say back in November, Alfred Zwack was driving recklessly when he hit E. James Oki. They say he Oki hit the metal windshield column before hitting the pavement. He later died at Albany Med.
They say Zwack kept driving and did not report the incident.
He's expected to be sentenced to three to 10 years in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for next month.
