ALBANY, N.Y. -- A 17-year-old has been arrested in connection to a shooting in Albany in August.

Ralon Wilson was arrested Tuesday night. Police say on August 19th, Wilson picked up a loaded handgun on Third Avenue that accidentally discharged, causing him to hit himself in the hand. Police say a 15 year old boy was also hit in the wrist.

Wilson has been charged with criminal possession of a weapon, assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
