Police investigating robberies at pharmacies
ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany police are searching for a suspect after two separate robberies at pharmacies in the city.
Police say a man walked into the CVS on Madison Avenue Tuesday night and passed a note at the pharmacy counter demanding money.
There was a similar situation at the Rite Aid on Central Avenue Wednesday morning when a man passed a note at the pharmacy counter demanding medication.
The suspect is described as a 25-year-old male, no taller than 5’9” and is roughly 150 pounds. He was wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark jeans.
