GLENVILLE, N.Y. -- Police arrested a Glenville man they say sexually assaulted another person.

Police say last month, Philip Shoemaker, 55, forced himself onto the victim at his home in Heritage Parkway.

Shoemaker was arrested Tuesday and charged with sexual abuse and harassment. He is being held at Schenectady County Jail.
