MONTGOMERY COUNTY, N.Y. -- A young Montgomery County woman has returned home safely after not being seen for more than 24 hours.

Natasha Butts, 20, who goes by "Star," was last seen leaving her mother's house on State Highway 5S in the Town of Florida. Deputies say Star left a note saying she was going to hang out with a friend.

Authorities say she returned home safe on Thursday night.
